Sweet, nutty, and smooth-- the coconut flavor combined with the sweet caramel and strong coffee is a combination that you can never go wrong with.
Ingredients
- 1 - 2 shots of expresso or 1/2 cup of coffee
- 1 cup of milk (coconut milk would be fun option here)
- 2 tablespoons of homemade coconut syrup
- 2 tablespoons homemade caramel syrup
- Skim milk for cold foam
- Note: If you are making an americano, caramel, or coconut cold foam would pair nicely with an americano or latte.
Directions
- Brew Coffee or expresso
- For a hot latte, warm and froth the milk. For an iced latte, froth the milk.
- Mix coffee with coconut syrup and a dash or caramel syrup
- add skim milk and caramel syrup to a glass and froth
- Add coffee to the bottom of the mug or glass (if doing ice add ice before)
- Add milk to mug or glass
- top with caramel cold foam
- ENJOY!!!!
COLD FOAM
- Froth skim milk and flavor of choice until really thick
- Pour over coffee, hot or iced.
